FOUNDER & CHAIRMAN – PASTOR OLUBI JOHNSON(BSc. MSc. Ph.D)

Pastor Olubi Johnson is the President of Christ Life Ministries and Founder/Setman of Scripture Pasture Christian Centre Ibadan, Nigeria. He is the Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Lifeforte International High and Junior Schools, Biscordint Travels, Lifeforte Holdings and Investments and is  the Nigeria Master Affiliate of  Linux Professional  Institute  (LPI). Pastor Olubi Johnson is co-founder of Olubi and Sarah Johnson Foundation (OSJ) a vehicle for them to give back to society as well as contribute to the enhancement and advancement of public education. He is Chairman Board of Trustees Elyon Koinonia Estate Developers LimitedLiving Mercy Voice Foundation, a charity organization established by Scripture Pasture Christian Centre and Lifeforte Scholarship Foundation.

He holds a first class Bachelors and Masters degree in Physics from the University of Ibadan. He is also an alumnus of Imperial College London where he completed postgraduate coursework in Communication Engineering. His love for  the challenge of research in  cutting-edge  Computational  Theoretical  Physics  led  him, after many years of fruitful ministry, to return to his passion for academic research and attainment,  and  was recently  awarded a PhD.  in  Physics  from  the University  of  Ibadan for  his  dissertation entitled: “Atomistic Simulation and Calculation of  Optoelectronic Properties and  Efficiency of Graphene-Anatase Based Magnesium Perovskite Solar Cell.” With over 25 years of experience in education and management, Olubi continues to ensure that Lifeforte stays true to its mission of enhancing lives via excellent education.

Pastor Johnson is  the Nigeria Master Affiliate of  Linux Professional  Institute  (LPI),  the first  and largest  vendor-neutral  Linux and Open Source certification body in the world.

He ensures  the  growth  and  adoption  of   Linux  Open Source and  Free Software by identifying the best partner organizations for  LPI in Nigeria and English-speaking  West African countries  that are best suited  for  the task of promoting Linux professionalism in the region. Under his leadership, LPI Nigeria was awarded the fastest growing affiliate in the Europe Middle East and Africa (EMEA) region in its first year.

The  LPI Innovation  Hub (the  first  multi-disciplinary  Hub in  a sub-Saharan African  University  founded  by an Open Source body)  was built  by Pastor Johnson and his wife Sarah Olubi-Johnson  (Ph.D),  in  collaboration  with LPI Global.

Pastor Johnson has a passion  for   young people  and believes  that through the activities  at the LPI Innovation  Hub and the networking  it  will provide,   young  men  and  women  will   be equipped   in   no small   way  to contribute significantly to building of  the immediate community, the larger community and the nation as a whole.


FOUNDER & CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER – SARAH OLUBI -JOHNSON, (B.A., M.A., Ph.D.)

Sarah Olubi Johnson, a hand-maiden of the LORD with prophetic grace, and her husband, Pastor Olubi Johson, founded Lifeforte in 1990. Sarah continues to serve as the CEO and Vice-Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Lifeforte International High and Junior Schools.

Currently, Dr Johnson is a member of the Cambridge International Educational Advisory Board, the first black person to hold this position and the first female to represent the African sub-Saharan region on the board. She is also the CEO and Managing Director of Biscordint Travels and Lifeforte Holdings and Investments.

She is co-founder of Olubi and Sarah Johnson Foundation (OSJ) a vehicle for them to give back to society as well as contribute to the enhancement and advancement of public education, Vice-Chairperson Board of Trustees Elyon Koinonia Estate Developers Limited,  Living Mercy Voice Foundation, a charity organization established by Scripture Pasture Christian Centre and Lifeforte Scholarship Foundation.

Sarah holds a Second Class Honours Upper Division Bachelors degree in English from the University of Jos and a Masters degree in English from the University of Ibadan where she specialized and earned a Ph.D in phonology. Prior to founding Lifeforte, Sarah was a lecturer in the Department of English at the University of Ibadan.

Sarah Olubi Johnson, has made significant contributions to improving educational opportunities for children in Africa and beyond. With over 30 years of experience in education, business and management, her unparalleled success as an educationist and astute businesswoman has earned her several accolades most notably the PSR Woman of Merit Gold Award, Leadership in Nigeria Education Gold Award, Grand Award for Productivity in Africa and a nomination for the TimeNews Development Achievers Merit Gold Award. Sarah was also the guest speaker at the Diamond Bank Plc 22nd Nationwide Business Xpress Seminar.

Under Sarah’s leadership, Lifeforte has grown from a vision into one of the best international schools in Africa with outstanding award-winning students and alumni who are impacting Nigeria, Africa, and the world.

Sarah is the author of the best seller business book “Dare to Dream and Succeed in a Harsh Economic Climate, RECESSION – RECOVERY”, a collaborative work with TELL Magazine. The Book both practical and inspiring, purchased in 2013 by First Bank Nigeria Plc has been used as a manual in the bank’s Small and Medium Scale Entrepreneurial program. The book has also been impressively sponsored by Ogun State government and Nestoil Plc.

On pro bono basis, to promote good fundamental work and business ethics amongst Nigerian Youths, Sarah has also been a guest speaker at Lagos and Ogun State National Youth Service Camps and distributed the books on a large scale to Youth Corpers in Lagos, Ogun, Ondo and Ekiti States. Furthermore, Law School Students in Abuja are also recipients of this pro bono distribution.

Sarah, a lover of youths, also delivered a keynote address on her passion ‘Excellence’ at the Annual Personality Lecture and Honours Day of the University of Ibadan Medical Students Association, and more recently held a seminar on ‘Building a Successful Business in Nigeria’s Challenging Environment’ and made a book presentation  at The International Institute of Tropical Agriculture (IITA) Young ‘Agripreneurs’ Event.


DR. ITUNUOLUWA JOHNSON-SOGBETUN

MBBS MRCP MRCGP DFSRH DRCOG BMS-Certified Menopause Specialist


Dr Itunu Johnson-Sogbetun is a highly experienced General Practitioner and certified menopause specialist, with nearly a decade and a half of clinical expertise in both the NHS and private sectors. She holds Membership of the Royal College of Physicians (MRCP) and the Royal College of General Practitioners (MRCGP), with additional qualifications in sexual and reproductive health (DFSRH) and the British Menopause Society (BMS) Advanced Certificate in Menopause Care.

Dr Johnson-Sogbetun specialises in women’s health across the life course, with particular focus on menopause care, reproductive health, weight management, and hormone-related conditions. Her clinical approach is rooted in holistic, evidence-based, and culturally competent care, offering tailored support for perimenopause, PCOS, fertility challenges, metabolic health, and mental wellbeing. She is an expert in hormonal therapies (including HRT and testosterone), GLP-1 agonists, and lifestyle-based interventions for long-term health.

She is the founder and clinical lead of her own practice, DrShoCares delivering specialist women’s health, weight management, and menopause services in both the UK and Lagos, Nigeria, where she is also licensed to practise. Her cross-continental work reflects her deep commitment to tackling health disparities and improving access to quality care for women globally.

Alongside her clinical work, Dr Johnson-Sogbetun is an active educator and advocate. She is a GP tutor at Queen Mary University of London, a committee member of the Primary Care Women’s Health Society (PCWHS), and a founding member of the RCGP Women’s Health Special Interest Group. She also serves as the Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) Lead for RCGP North West London Faculty.

She is the founder of HEAL for Black People, a platform championing health equity through education, advocacy, and community engagement. As the creator of Black Health Equity Day (Black Health Equity Day (October 12). she leads a national movement to address and dismantle racial disparities in healthcare outcomes, with a focus on structural change, cultural safety, and amplifying Black-led organisations working in health equity.


MR. OLUSEGUN OLUWATOSIN SOGBETUN,

(B.Sc. INSURANCE, M.B.A. INTERNATIONAL BUSINESS, INTERNATIONAL DIPLOMA IN GOVERNANCE RISK & COMPLIANCE)

Tosin Sogbetun is the International Director of Governance Risk and Compliance of Lifeforte Holdings and Investments. He is responsible for managing the broad issues of corporate governance, enterprise risk management (ERM) and corporate compliance with regard to regulatory requirements.

Tosin is an expert in compliance and financial crime for the banking industry. He is currently working as a Senior Business Manager at Citi Bank in London’s Canary Wharf overseeing global compliance in Equities and Cross-Products. In the past, he has shared his expertise with various multi-national investment, commercial and retail banks in the United Kingdom including Barclays, Lloyds Banking Group, BNY Mellon and Credit Suisse.

He holds a Bachelors degree in Insurance from Lagos State University and an MBA from Coventry University. He has completed two professional post-graduate diplomas from the International Compliance Association in Governance Risk and Compliance, as well as in Financial Crime. Furthermore, he is a Chartered member of the Institute for Securities & Investment (CISI).


MOYIN OKUBOR

Moyin Okubor is the Manager for Acumen Academy in West Africa. She steers the strategic direction and oversees the operations of the fellows program, community-building endeavors, and overall growth initiatives for the academy in the region. With over 9 years of experience in project management, advisory services, strategic communications and fostering partnerships, Moyin utilizes her diverse skill set and extensive network to cultivate a thriving ecosystem of social impact leaders in West Africa.

Prior to joining Acumen, Moyin served as a Senior Consultant at Deloitte & Touche, where she led advisory services for private and public sector projects, including the development concept of a multi-billion dollar eco-industrial park. Previously, as a Special Assistant to the Governor of Ogun State, she spearheaded financing programs for grassroots women entrepreneurs and implemented initiatives to combat sexual and gender-based violence. Moyin also worked as a consultant in the Gender and Civil Society Department of the African Development Bank, on project development/fundraising, execution, and gender mainstreaming across sectors such as education, infrastructure, and healthcare.

Moyin’s leadership and commitment to social change led to her selection as an Acumen Academy West Africa Fellow in 2022. She holds a Master of Public Administration (MPA) in International Development from the London School of Economics and Political Science and a Law Degree from the School of Oriental and African Studies (SOAS), University of London.


FESTUS GOZIEM OKUBOR

Goziem Okubor is the Business Development Director West Africa of Shell Foundation. Shell Foundation (SF) is a charity registered in England and Wales, founded by Shell in 2000, that creates and scales business solutions that empower underserved populations to earn a living income through access to clean energy products and services. Goziem joined Shell Foundation in 2022 to build and implement programmes that power productivity in Africa. He is based in Nigeria.

Prior to joining SF, Goziem led and managed a portfolio of investments in mini-grid developers, solar home systems distributors and technology enablers of clean energy ecosystems in Nigeria with All On. He had previously managed structured finance projects focused on upstream energy value chains at Guaranty Trust Bank and began his career designing an impact investment programme at the Tony Elumelu Foundation. He is a graduate of the University of Benin (BSc. Finance) and Queen Mary, University of London (Msc. Investment and Finance). Goziem is an Acumen West Africa Fellow.


JOSHUA-OLUBI JOHNSON

Joshua-Olubi Johnson is a triple-qualified lawyer with a strong academic background and extensive cross-border legal experience. He holds an LLM from the University of Pennsylvania, an LLB (Hons) from the University of Warwick, a BL (Hons) from the Nigerian Law School, and a Wharton Business and Law Certificate (WBLC) from the Wharton School of Business. He is admitted to practice as a barrister and solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria and is also admitted to the New York and Texas State Bars.

Joshua has built a robust legal career spanning several years, with experience at both leading international and regional law firms. He has advised multinational corporations, financial institutions, and public sector clients on complex legal issues involving corporate transactions, banking and finance, capital markets, and regulatory compliance across various industries and jurisdictions.

Currently, Joshua serves as Legal Consultant on the front office of the General Counsel at a prominent Development Finance Institution (DFI), where he provides strategic legal support on high-impact, cross-border investments, infrastructure financing, and sustainable development initiatives. His work contributes to fostering economic growth and development, particularly across emerging markets.

With a blend of legal acumen and commercial insight, Joshua is committed to delivering practical, solutions-oriented advice that supports innovation, impact, and long-term value.

                                                                                        

ALAFIA OLUTIMILEHIN JOHNSON  

      Olutimilehin Johnson is a seasoned Risk Consulting Manager with nearly a decade of experience supporting Fortune 100 companies in achieving IT compliance, audit readiness, and enterprise risk management. Currently at Ernst & Young LLP in Houston, she leads cross-functional, global teams on high-impact regulatory and internal audit programs—spanning SOX 404, SOC reporting, and EU Digital Services Act compliance.

Alafia combines technical depth with strategic insight, translating complex regulatory requirements into clear, actionable solutions for diverse stakeholders. Her industry expertise includes technology, healthcare, logistics, and consumer products, with hands-on knowledge of systems like SAP, Oracle, and Workday.

She holds a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and actively contributes to leadership and mentorship initiatives as part of EY Houston’s Black Professional Network. Alafia is driven by a commitment to excellence, integrity, and empowering others through impactful work.
